Since when does CustServe no longer answer rules questions?

Assuming the poster in question didn't make up the response...what happened? Why weren't we notified?

Oct 05, 2011 16:47:50 They didn't say they don't answer rules questions. They said they do not answer rules questions "on this product". In this case, "this product" was an issue of Dragon Magazine.

My guess is that CS is no longer going to provide rule support for Dragon content. And that makes sense. Most of the content is ad hoc, making any answer they could give as subjective and circumstantial as anything you or I might give.

CS definitely still answers rules questions like that one and we have someone taking another look at that question to get out an answer as I type this up. Sorry for the mistake and the confusion all.
