| #1zammmDec 04, 2009 6:17:50 | Since I didn't see a thread here, I'll just let everyone know. The old forum smilies have been uploaded to the forums, and are now working. They don't appear in the editor, but they're available nonetheless. Just use the old smilie codes. (Oh, except for :D and :P--those had to be switched to colon-hyphen-D and colon-hyphen-P, respectively, because the parser didn't like them without the noses. Or rather, liked them a little too much...)So yay. If you find you can't remember the appropriate codes, there's a blog post with a full listing here.(Oh, and did I mention that the recharge dice, the attack type symbols, and the diamond are all available now? Because they are. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ) |

| #5zombie_babiesDec 04, 2009 12:59:37 | I've seen a few people asking how to add smilies to their sigs. AFAIK, sigs still require html to get stuff like links added to them. Do we know if/when the BB code will work for sigs? Is there a quick and easy way to tell someone how to add a smiley or whatever to their sig using html? |
| #6zammmDec 04, 2009 16:57:21 | The smilie codes aren't currently working in signatures; I've been told that the techs are looking into that, but I don't have any solid information yet. So for now, if they want to put them into their signatures, they'll need to use regular image-posting techniques. (They can get the URL from the images in the blog link I listed above.) |

| #11JudgeDookieDec 05, 2009 0:08:06 | Isn't there something in the Geneva Conventions about that? There should be. For those of us that don't recall the proper characters and/or reference, do you have a list for what's what? |

Not if you are on Google Chrome and don't know how to actually decipher and recognize such a thing. Bookmarks (as well as everything else) work far differently with this browser. It is so simplistic, it's retarded and makes everyone that uses it even more so. Spent 20 total minutes trying to figure out WTF was wrong, but, yes, it's actually there. |
