Strange new option in my control panel

Jul 07, 2010 1:45:30		I have a "create forum" button in my control panel that I'm pretty sure wasn't there before. It seems to create a personal forum with a url related to my account. I know that groups have forums, but it seems strange that individual accounts can also have forums. Is this something I'm supposed to have?

And is this forum software available commercially? If so, from who?
