Feb 08, 2012 7:36:02 I renewed my subscription to DDi. However, I was charged 3 times for 3 different order numbers and never got confirmation emails for any. Here's the order numbers: 9652259342, 8258271114, & 3813673816. They all have the same subscription end date. I was sure I only ordered once. I want to make sure I'm only charged for one order and not all 3.

Now I am having trouble logging into "My Questions" to update my customer service question about this. It no longer recognizes my email and/or password. I've already cleared out my cookies, history, temp files, etc. and it is still happening. I'd like to find a phone number for a direct contact but can't find one. Any help is appreciated.

As for your issues with logging into the help site, I had someone take a look at your account and there doesn't seem to be any errors in the database regarding that. Since you've already tried clearing cookies and cache the only other thing I can suggest is to try a different browser or a different computer/internet connection.

Feb 08, 2012 15:04:07 I feel incredibly stupid right now. I just looked at the order dates for each order. They were ordered in different years starting with 2009. But I'm still having trouble logging into the "My Questions" site.

If you mean that you are having trouble with the Customer Service site then this is the rhread you should post in Trouble Accessing our Help System? Post here.
