| #1pissedoffisurelyamJul 17, 2008 1:01:17 | Alright, I have positively had enough with the incompetence of this looser posing as Wizards' IT guy. All we ever see this poser doing is playing D&D, talking about D&D games that he played or interviewing other people(that by all right should be busy doing their jobs) about their D&D games that they all play all of the time! Kill Gleemax, it is the problem and you all know it. If Gleemax is not D&D related then why are you trying to to force us to log in to this site, when Gleemax only acts as a portal to the wizards forum boards. I would be a little more understanding if you would have responded to either of the E-mails that I sent you about this problem that you created within your own website. Maybe even more understanding if the only problem that I was having was with my password. Neither Wizards nor Gleemax has records of my ever registering my e-mail address. Oddly enough though, my screen name is still taken. I am Viledragon and not many of you would have read anything from me because you just don't care. Now I had to register again in order to post or to have access to to the magazines that are free. Oh and speaking of money, there is now way that I will ever pay that amount for a PDF version of a book when I already own the books that you rushed out and are so far from being perfect and you won't even replace the books that I bought when you are done making all of your corrections. News of what is going on here should be on the D&D main page. We shouldn't have to try to log in to either site to find out that your incompetent, mooching and lazy IT guy has done nothing over the pat few days to fix anything. My next E-mail will not be sent to wizards but rather to their parent company and from there we will see some heads on a pike as this will inevitably effect the profits that Hasbro will make from the profits that Wizards cannot make due to the lack of interest in the product line that the promoted us to buy and then check out more at the Wizards web site, but the can't. Stupid hat makes you look like a poser of a jester for his overlords. |

| #3lilithtaverilJul 17, 2008 1:08:36 | Was the email a block of text? Not to criticise your writing style, but most tech people tend to delete emails like that. |
| #4pissedoffisurelyamJul 17, 2008 1:12:06 | I will not change my tone with this whole subject as it has been just one big mishap after another with Wizards since they made us all want to have this dndinsider. thank you however for correcting my rant for readability reasons. |
| #5pissedoffisurelyamJul 17, 2008 1:16:53 | the first one was short and polite... the last one was a short rant but not too polite... an when this goes to Hasbro it will be polite and will include links to all evidence as to just what their poster child has been up to |
| #6ZherogJul 17, 2008 6:43:07 | Two things: 1) I assume your first paragraph is referring to Mike Lescault, aka Gamer_Zer0? Bald head, round face, built kinda like Santa Claus (but, as far as I know, no retinue of elves)? If it's that guy... he's not in IT. 2) Have you sent an e-mail to Customer Service about your inability to log in? Those are the people who would resolve that problem. If you haven't, I recommend you do so. You can get in touch with them via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of every page. |
| #7seTinyJul 17, 2008 7:26:18 | Two things: I believe you are correct on number 1. You are definitely correct on the second. The Customer Service system uses a login different from the forums, so if you've never used it before you need to make a new login. |
