View Profile = Blank Screen

Sep 29, 2008 0:02:06 It seems that when I try to view a profile of a poster I get a blank screen the majority of the time. I've reported this to customer service, but I'd like to ask: Anyone else having this problem?

I am. Usually I can get to the View Profile screen if I refresh a couple of times though. Its annoying, but not insurmountable.

Sep 29, 2008 0:05:31 Yes, especially when trying to use Preview Post. Most of the time, if you just immediately go back and try it again, it usually works. Are you using the newest version of Mozilla Firefox? I am, and that might be it...or it could just be a little glitch. ;)

Sep 29, 2008 0:51:14 I don't think it's anything on our end. I'm using Internet Explorer and I'm having the problem too. It's got to be on there side. But yeah. Refreshing a couple of times usually works.
