What belongs in General Discussion.

I agree with you that many, if not most, of the threads that get put in general discussion should be moved.  They are obvious rules quesions, comments about the character builder, quesions about how to build a PC, etc. and those should be put where they go because they aren't about 4E generally.

The problem with party building is that there is no forum specifically for that, even though people post party building threads multiple times a week.  I agree they should be in charop or whats a player to do, depending on the question.
