| #1wight_chocolateOct 30, 2008 13:42:11 | Quite often, when I use it, I just end up geting a completely blank page. which means I have to hit "Back", which usually causes half the content of my post to go missing, which means I have to copy all the text to my clipboard to keep it safe, then hit Preview Post, then hit Back, then paste the text back in, then hit Preview Post again. Is anyone else getting this? It's not a huge inconvenience or anything, but it's worth a mention. |

| #3zammmOct 30, 2008 13:48:03 | Yes, other people get it; the folks in the Magic section call it the White Screen of Death (WSoD). It also tends to come up when viewing users' profile pages. TTBOMK, the tech team is aware of the problem and working on fixing it, but they don't have an estimate of when it will be done. Until then, about the only thing you can do about it is get into the habit of copying your posts onto the clipboard before hitting the Preview button. |

| #5ORC_ChaosOct 31, 2008 0:58:03 | This is a known issue. I run into it as well. They are working on it as zammm said. If you'd like to submit a bug report, you can do so at Customer Service. It might help them solve the problem quicker. |
