Where can I submit a new god?

I sure hope this would be the right place to ask this. I looked at the headers and didn't find a Q&A section (that I could see, and I admit my coffee hasn't fully entered my bloodstream, so there you go. Moving on...)

 

I have a god that I've created for FR, and I think he's pretty cool. I'd like to share him with the community and, who knows? He may become popular enough to be mentioned in a book or something? Anyway, I looked for submission guidelines and only found information regarding art and stories, but not something like this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! :-)
