See the various forums here. Be warned that soem of the threads may contain spoilers, as the authors of each adventure typically participate in the forums in order to assist DMs in running the encounters.

I was thinking of trying to start a game at our store and was wondering how to go about and do that.

That didn't help.  I would like to start this at my game store but there is no way I have been able to find (on the website) to start this.

Try asking at the D&D Group.  That seems to be where Encounters discussions occur.  This thread in the forums in that group seems to have some of the information you're looking for.

1 - Your store has to be signed up for the Wizards Play Network.

2 - The store will either have to order Encounters or set you up as a Tournament Organizer for their store so that you can order it.

3 - Then someone is going to have to download the Wizards Event Reporter to order and report the events.

4 - Every participant (DM and player) will need to be given a DCI card, if they dont already have one, and you will collect their name and number to report in #3 above.

That helped alot thanks.  I couldn't find any thing that.  I will talk to the store after I get back from vacation.  =)
