| #1xiuhcoatlMay 20, 2008 6:40:17 | There's a link way at the bottom for 'What's a DM to Do?' but what about the other forum for 'What's a Player to Do'? |
| #2ZherogMay 20, 2008 6:46:52 | [forum=48]It's been moved to the 4e forums[/forum]. I've asked for a link, but Community Management tends to ignore me, so I doubt we'll get one. |
| #3xiuhcoatlMay 20, 2008 6:51:57 | Where are we supposed to post 3e questions? I assume if, after 4e comes out, that I ask a 3e question on that other forum ... it'd be locked or moved for being off-topic. |
| #4ZherogMay 20, 2008 6:59:21 | The forum's name is Player Advice. I've been trying - for damn near two week now! - to find out if the intent of the forum is to help any player or just 4e players. Until further notice, I'm going to assume it's any player. Ask your player-themed questions there -- just be prepared for threads to possibly get moved. Like I said elsewhere -- Community Management doesn't answer my questions, probably because they don't give a flying fig about us. |
| #5wrecanMay 20, 2008 12:11:55 | You know, since it's the VCL's responsibility to determine what is and isn't appropriate editorial content for a board, Zherog, maybe your question should be posed to Webster. |
| #6ZherogMay 20, 2008 12:24:35 | Every once in a while, wrecan, you have a good idea. This is one of those times! :D :D Hey, Webby! What's your opinion on what is and isn't on-topic for the Player Advice (nee What's a Player to Do?) forum? |
| #7malignorMay 20, 2008 16:50:37 | I wish they'd change it to "Players' Helping Hand" or "Players' Handout" or something. I mean the DM one is "DM Guidance" to play off of the DMG title... Player one should do something similar. |

Player one should do something similar. There's a thread over there now soliciting ideas for new names. I'm going to copy your post there, but I'd love to have you join the discussion. edit: [thread=1033866]Here's a link to the thread[/thread] |
