#1 Seeker95 Mar 22, 2011 9:00:22	Dear Tech Folk, Every thread page I load spins as it is waiting for facebook. I know why -- Facebook is down across half the country / globe this morning. But what I don't know is why the Forums are trying to link to Facebook in the first place. It accomplishes nothing. There is nothing on these Forums that needs to look up content on Facebook, and there is nothing on these Forums I want pointing to my Facebook page. Please cut this link to Facebook. It will save your servers a bit of processing resources. It will load my pages faster. It will stop most of my edit-delay problems, including invisible cursors and dropped edits.
