#1 guest2138154606 Aug 05, 2011 2:48:54	So I signed up for a DDI account, oh, some months back, I noticed when I first signed it my username displayed as "Guest2138154606". I thought it was a temporary placeholder that I would get to fix later in some setting. Hear I sit, not sure where said option might be, I looked in account options, and only found I could change my email, or password, but not username. I would really apreciate some help, if there's something I'm missing if I could just be pointed at least in the correct direction, I would be ever so greatful. Thanks.
#2 pluisjen Aug 05, 2011 3:33:17	I think you'd have to send a mail to customer service to get your username changed, that's not something users can do themselves (fortunately) You can probably go here: wizards.custhelp.com/app/ask And then select "account issue" and ask them to change your username. I'd expect it's not an issue considering your current username isn't very useful.
