Unless the paldin gets in melee(which I dont think he can) sergei goes south 1, hides then deft strikes back where he was originally on the rogue with a dagger. Minor draws another.

They're too far apart to hit with a close blast 3 (close blast 3 = a 3x3 square on the battlefield that covers at least one square adjacent to the caster's square).
For the rest of tonight (Sun) and most of tomorrow (Mon), the fight will run as normal. At about noon Central time (don't know GMT offhand, sorry) on Tuesday, I'm going to switch to doing the rest of the fight by tactics. Sometime before then, I'll need a quick PM from both of you describing how your characters should act for the tactics portion. If I don't get a PM, I'll run the fight anyway, but your characters will use only at-wills and encounter powers, using basic tactics.

I know it's not really clear on the map (can't figure out how to show it better), but that's not Yuan's actual position. He went through there and hid (high enough stealth check). You won't know where he is exactly until either you make a good enough Perception check, you get to a spot where he has no cover from your character, or he moves out and does something to break stealth.
Also, for the record: Cloud of Darkness doesn't give your character CA against anyone not in the cloud, just total concealment. You'll still need to move and make a stealth check to hide. Those in the cloud are still blind, however, so unless they have Blindsight, you have CA against them.

Following up on the attack, Sergei dashes forward and also attempts to pierce Kratos' armor. He succeeds, and Kratos goes down.

CCCPI can't find how you get +6 to Darkfire, by my count it should be +3 instead. Also, after this fight I suggest you take a moment and change Sneak Attack damage from "2d8+str" to "2d8+3", so we don't have to keep scrolling all over your character sheet to find out what the full damage is.

Sergei will close in on yuan, attempting a hide -> deft strike to SA him.
Subsequent rounds vlad and sergei will try to flank. When Sergei is able to cloud in melee he will. The order in the round will be Vlad attacks, sergei clouds. Next round vlad will delay until after sergi trying to hide then attack.
They will use deft strike (opting not to move) while in melee and flanking.
Sergei rushes to the pillar Yuan is hiding near, and stealthily reaches around the corner, viciously stabbing Yuan and knocking him out.Critical!
