Please don't edit the sheet after the deadline or you will lose the match.
Rules of Sagaris
All that you need to know is written in the [post=18116720]Rules of Sagaris[/post].
It could be useful also to give a look to the [POST=16408482]Court Decisions[/POST]
Pairings
GM TelinArtho will pair the active Characters of Sagaris after the deadline. The Character Roster will be the second post of this thread.
Make sure that your character is not in [thread=1064195]prison[/thread].
Pitlording
You should use the CoCo Dice Roller for the fight.
If you need it, there is a nice [THREAD=551175]template[/THREAD] ready to use that will help.
You could find the Battle Map Tag Generator for dynamic Maps very useful. You must post a link to your fight in this thread when it is complete.
If you need a quick and dirty tool to calculate distances between two points (in 2-D or 3-D), this tool should suffice.
If a fight needs to be rerun, the Pitlord has to inform me (TelinArtho). I cannot react to requests from Players because the other player and the pitlord might disagree. I have little time to read the fight and the discussion. Please keep that in mind. PMs from players with rerun requests won't have an impact.
Comments & Concerns
Post any comments or concerns for this weeks fights in this thread.
Be kind and courteous to your fellow posters, and don't feed the pitlords.
Please remember that they do hard work and consume a lot of time to let you play. Above all, have FUN!
If you have questions or comments on any of the changes, please make your posts be heard in the Council of Sagaris!

the coco mapmaker is actually pretty easy.
however, there are some things you need to get EXACTLY correct, like the x:y ratio of your map.
example: if you have a 10x10 map, you can do 10,20,30,40... px squared as image.
what will not work is 15x15, as it can not be divided properly for the overlaying image-map.
also, you need to either get rid of unused borders, or make them exactly the same size as your other squares.

Oh, thanks
Now I understand why my nice 20 by 25 map keep being off with the coordinates.
Also, I do maps differently for my Real Adventure games, by making a map with coordinates such as this:
however, i find it a lot more practical to use the coco mapper, as it offers lots of stuff you can't do easily in a gfx-tool - like update the map from your smartphone or anyware else for that matter, and update a bit more quickly (though, i have to admit, once you are used to it, it goes quick with PS or PSP as well.)
this is a map i used in a coco-playtest-campain (kots spoiler)
I looked over the Warlord/Cleric again and found it does have some advantages.
Then I decided since I can have more than 3 teams as long as only 2 are active, that I might as well just make a third team instead of changing my second team.
Who knows, if I run quests, I'll have enough points to have a third team.
One of the advantages for me using Photoshop is it helps me become better with the program.
As an artist, that is something I need to do.
I guess the only other thing necessary for a quest is learning how to use that online dice roller.
A test run, perhaps?

It might be a good idea to preface questlording with one or more pitlorded fights. This would at least give you some comfort with the dice roller and perhaps get some practice with the mapper.
