I also see something in Darian's tactics that wouldn't work by the rules and thought you should know. He wanted to manifest Control Body on Undeath From Above. Target: One Medium or smaller creature with humanoid physiology Duration: Concentration, up to 1 min./level Saving Throw: Fortitude negates Immunity to any effect that requires a Fortitude save (unless the effect also works on objects or is harmless). Since Control Body requires a Fortitude save and does not also work on objects, it cannot affect Undeath From Above.

Ah, I see, when I went to look at the power I didn't really get past the part I quoted, since I saw the combination of "creature" and "Fortitude negates" and thought, "Undead type ftw" and didn't read farther. It should be 1125 xp/gp for Torik, and 225 for Volley. Please fix it so I can adjust Torik.

Balancing trying to maintain a social & dating life, taking care of disabled parents who can't live alone, and trying to launch a career in a brand new field is taking its toll on me. Looks like this fight will be held over. I never got notified that the company's anniversary lunch is today & I have to attend whether I like it or not. ~McJ~

#106 lonewolf Apr 24, 2008 8:38:55	My mistake was that I somehow thought that solicit psicrystal is only a 2nd lvl power. But this makes the whole thing an even greater mess: Darian is only allowed to use 51pp in that fight, so that last Astral Construct is not possible... As much as I hate to give you this additional work, I believe this needs to be fixed.
