News and Whatnot

This is an 'on' week for ECL10+.

Well the first order of business is pitlords. This week, we've got a couple of our regular pitlords taking a break. If anyone can, please do take up an extra fight (or a first fight). I'm sure we'll manage - but I would rather not have to do 4 or 5 fights this week.

In completely unrelated news - my son's birthday is March 4th. This has no bearings on anything CoCo - but this is my spot - so I get to use it what way I please Happy Birthday Gabriel.

Not much else to talk about this week that I can think of - but thanks to everyone who helps make the CoCo work and happen.

New Rulings - Courtroom

  • Addendum to the house rule for Energy Missile to expand it to all powers that have a +1DC/+1PP augmentation line to make it +1DC per +2 PP augmentation. Looks like a unanimous vote there.

Current Discussions
  • Obsidian Steed (Figure of Wondrous Power) - what's its CR? (for prebuffing and for rewards)
  • Metamorphic Transfer - what are its limitations?

The Council Decisions/Revelations
  • EL8 list has been posted - comments are welcome.

Current Topics
  • Zevox posted an EL14 list for monster fights. He is looking for comments as well


Idle Conversations

These are topics that have died down but had nothing come of them. We may reinvest time into them should they continue to be an issue.
  • Council - Mechanics of the "Awaken" spell is currently being discussed in the council.
  • Council- Delay rules are still being discussed.
  • Courtroom - Sauro wishes an elder decision on using an intelligent cohort as a mount. [and what tricks/training it requires]
  • Council - There is a discussion on how quickly you should be able to aquire ethereal equipment.
  • Courtroom- The rules for Ride and Handle Animal are under discussion.

Fast Healing 5 twice -> 44/74
12d6 = 52 damage

I'll edit it in - but no change.

Grease vs Spell Component pouches may need to be investigated. Didn't matter here (because Mineau had no more spells with components to worry about at that point unless they got too close together for another fireball), but it is worth getting a ruling on.
