| #2lonewolfJun 11, 2008 15:41:24 | Halo starts with Shield & Javelin in hands. Brag starts with dagger & Shuriken in hands. Round 1: Brag wins moves out and hides. |
| #3whitebaronJun 11, 2008 16:11:55 | Argor and Lyla move out, looking for their enemies. |
| #4lonewolfJun 11, 2008 16:31:05 | Round 1: Halo moves out and throws his javelin at Lyla. It penetrates her armor and causes the first blood to be spilled. Lyla is marked by Halo. Round 2: Brag throws a shuriken at Lyla but it loses its thrust because she is too far away. He moves around the corner. |
| #5whitebaronJun 11, 2008 16:49:42 | Lyla moves, gaining concealment(move), then curses her nearest visible opponent(halo), and then attacks with a hellish rebuke (1d20+4+1=17,1d6+4+1d6(curse)=14) Argor moves, then charges Halo (marking Halo, crits for 14 damage (missed weapon focus in my basic attack...) Argor 29/29 - combat advantage to Brag Lyla 24/30 - concealment Halo 0/28 |
| #6lonewolfJun 11, 2008 17:02:05 | Round 3: Brag draws another Shuriken, moves a little and throws it at Lyla, hitting her in the throat this time. |
| #7whitebaronJun 11, 2008 17:15:47 | Though her throat is pierced, Lyla manages to give directions to Argor. She then puts a curse on Brag(minor), moves closer gaining concealment, and tries to hit him with her Vampiric embrace. Against all likelyhood, she misses. Argor moves closer to Brag, realizes his shees mistake(no encounter power set, copy paste error) and then uses his sure strike on Brag - but still misses. Brag is marked and cursed. (my encounter power would be covering attack, if you'd be so nice to accept it. ;)) |
| #8lonewolfJun 11, 2008 17:24:35 | Noticing his dire situation, Brag deals a staggering attack to Argor, setting him up for future attacks. |
| #9whitebaronJun 11, 2008 17:32:12 | Lyla misses yet another Eldritch Blast. Argor uses his Covering Attack, hitting Brag for 14. (still marked and cursed) Argor's save: failed. |
| #10lonewolfJun 11, 2008 17:40:41 | Brag returns Argors blow by ramming his dagger deep into the humans throat. After that he moves towards his second enemy and spends an Action point to bring his dagger also into action against the halfelf. The dagger penetrates her armor and downs the warlock. |
| #11whitebaronJun 11, 2008 17:48:35 | 30 HP - 6 (javelin) - 16 (shuriken) - 8 (piercing strike) + 1(halo died under curse) = lyla still standing with 1 hp. she shifts back one square, and tries to rebuke Brag. as this fails, she tries again using an action point, and hits this time for 6. Brag 4/24, cursed Lyla 1/30 |
| #12lonewolfJun 11, 2008 17:59:42 | suprised that the halfelf is still alive and kicking Brag bases her again and rams his dagger into her, finally bringing her down. Unfortunately, this attack also triggers a burning counterstrike that brings Brag down as well... Our very first 4E draw... |
| #13whitebaronJun 11, 2008 18:06:57 | yep, damage output of brag definitely is good. to hit with both daily and encounter powers in successive rounds was a bit of luck too. hiding will in 4e still be the same pain as it used to be in 3.5 though. |
| #14ErithmuJun 11, 2008 19:21:03 | Maybe not ... did you roll SA dice on both attacks when you action pointed? Cause I'm not sure you can do that. |
| #15lonewolfJun 11, 2008 19:24:52 | Maybe not ... did you roll SA dice on both attacks when you action pointed? Cause I'm not sure you can do that. No I didnt. Against Lyla, Brag didnt even have combat advantage in that round. |
