So really...Tectuktitlay and Andropinis were the only two SK's from the City-States we never had stats for?
I'm curious if anyone has ever ran across 2E stats for famous Darksun characters? I know that a few supplements have printed stats for Rikus, Sadira, and I think I saw Tithian once (can someone confirm?). So how about any of the other characters...

don't take the 4e stats to serious. They are much to low :D.I did find it quite strange that Neeva was listed as an 8th level Gladiator. I can only assume that was at the start of "The Prism Pentad" when we first met her, because it surely wouldn't make sense that Neeva was 8th after the Prism Pentad while Rikus was 15th. Neeva fights seemingly on par with Rikus.
I also found it a little weird that Kalak was presented in "City-State of Tyr" as being 25th level, when all indication was that he was 21st and trying to make the jump to 30th when he was killed.

Does anyone else find it amusing that Agis - the soft living noble - has almost the same "physical" stats as Neeva, a Gladiator raised in the arena? I would expect a better split to be more along the lines of 17-14 or 18-14 Str in favor or Neeva and 17-15 or 18-15 Con in favor of Neeva.

No, not really. Psi-Master had Con as an prerequisite. They have to be mentally and physically fit. I would, however put the Physical Condition of an female Gladiator higher. But i would lower Agis's stats ;)

I think so. Kalak was in his 5th Dragon stage when he died, during his metamorphosis, he went from 21-24 pretty quick then died in his 25th stage. I guess that's what they wanted to tell us.
