Those prints are stellar I do think that some of the new artwork compares to the old (I love Lockwood's work), and some of his big scenes are certainly on-par with this (Brom, yes?). One day, when the kids are all moved out, I may indeed get my gaming room posters and prints back up *sigh* Can't hang a lot of Royo/Vallejo in the house with young kids around... it sends the wrong vibe ;) |
| #3ritorixSep 20, 2010 2:13:44 | I looked into buying the original oil painting of my avatar. Turns out it went on auction for only around 5k. Print-wise, right now the only two Dark Sun ones hes doing are with Neeva, at www.bromart.com/prints.html# A print of the silt skimmer would be nice. Its 23'' x 27'' and pretty cheap. |

| #5charybdisSep 20, 2010 18:20:07 | Badassery. Badassery squared... Thos prints are brilliant, and I didn't realise the lithographs are so cheap? Hmmm....may have to acquire one...or several... |
| #6Silverblade_The_EnchanterSep 21, 2010 9:28:36 | fantasyart.bris-vegas.net/brom/enchanter... that's my fave peice of art, alas can't buy an official print which I'd love to do! ![]() |
| #7charybdisSep 21, 2010 18:51:58 | fantasyart.bris-vegas.net/brom/enchanter... While I love the landscape on that piece, I was never sold on the Belgoi involved. He just doesn't look right to me. However, I'm as artistic as a common housebrick, so I can't define what's wrong. V v Frustrating.... |

| #9reckoneersOct 19, 2010 8:33:01 | Hi, the gallery linked at the top of the page is mine. The art displayed there is original oil paintings by Gerald Brom, not prints The art of the female with sword was recently traded. It's called Blazon. The male against the wall with crows is Broms 1st painting for Elves of Athas. The art was too mature for TSR's tastes. Subsequently it was used in his TCG game and he modified the weapon. Overall, it's my favorite Brom painting that I own. That will soon change... Cheers! ~K |
