Not to pimp my own material, but you may want to look over the Tari time line I created several years ago which detailed the early history of that race. I think it nicely complements your stuff on Celik and the Tari of Ythri Snarl.

I did read your Tari background. I'm using a lot of the design ideas from VorRukoth, so the section on each faction is pretty small, so there's not a whole lot of information for background, just what's necessary. However; if I ever decide to flesh the Ythri Colony out more I may use more of your background. I like how they were like doctors and apothacaries before their fall. Interesting stuff!
