#1 alevar Jul 07, 2010 14:17:14	I was looking at a Dark Sun map from 2nd Edition and saw a large area deep in the sea of Silt called the Cerulean Malestrom, does anyone know what this is?
#2 xlorep_darkhelm Jul 07, 2010 15:01:20	It also has a bit of sentience to it -- the former High Templar (and later, King) of Tyr, Tithian is trapped inside the Cerulean Storm. The effects of this are what are known as Tyr Storms -- very violent storms that break off from the Cerulean Storm and reach out to the tablelands, typically aimed at different City-States. Tyr Storms make people there learn to fear a storm -- not a peaceful rain, but harsh, hot, and filled with erratic lightning, these storms are destructive.
