Well, Sadira is a preserver, at least of sorts, right? And then she gets super-enchanted and becomes a sun wizardess or something, right? Well, with the sun wizard spells, in the PP, she just gets the sun spells recharged for her as soon as the sun rises, without memorization or anything. Going further though, in the CS, there's a section where Denning makes it pretty clear, during the infiltration of Ur Draxa, that when Sadira doesn't have her sun powers on, she can always go to use her normally memorized preserver spells. Since there is nothing barring her from using her preserved spells while she is enchanted with the sun, it seems to stand to reason that she has a double spells allotment from which to choose. Pretty snazy, no? What do you guys think? Using the same logic, do you think other people enchanted under those magical crystal geods get double spell allotment too--spells for what they can memorize and spells for what they are imbued with? Tell me what you guys think. It seems a fairly important one to figure out. I guess I've brought it up before, but let me just do it again. Happy darksunning. (Characters fought a silk worm in a Tyrian arena recently... it was pretty fun) |

Pretty snazy, no? What do you guys think? I think Sadira would probably be treated as an unique multi-class character. One class the sun wizard would have its own allotment of spells and the second class the preserver would have a separate. She could only access the sun wizard spell allotment during the day and the preserver allotment at night. That would be my guess. |

I think she just has access to higher level spells when she is exposed to the sun, and is restricted to her regular allotment when not exposed. |
