The two PC games set in the world of Dark Sun were made in the 1990s. As for getting those games, there are several online fan sites that would allow you to do that, probably free of charge. Make a good Google search and you'll find it. |
| #3didrikOct 29, 2008 1:03:42 | Thanks! But I know there is a Dark sun Crimson sands, which is an online game. Where do I get that ? I got the 2 old games, and loved em, but the online game were do I get that ? And another thing, the dark sun 3rd edition. is that a board game or what ?? |
| #4outlaw68Oct 29, 2008 4:42:31 | the dark sun 3rd edition. is that a board game or what ?? It is a homebrewed/converted roleplaying game.. it uses Dungeons & Dragons 3rd edition as the basis for the rules and Dark Sun from 2nd ed as the basis for the background info.. |

Up at the top of the web page there is a black bar going across the entire thing, under the word Games is the wording "Dungeons & Dragons" with the the sword between them. That should give you a little hint as to what's going on! |

We've had enthousiasts come over here in the past about that...maybe they did finish their conversion and have a fully functional game for you to try. Make a good Google search. |
| #7didrikOct 30, 2008 0:56:27 | I have tried to search for the game, but it was origally TEN that maked the game, and you had to post to them, then they would send you a "game copy" of DS crimson sands. But now I have tried many times and found out, that because of some messed thing, TEN dont use their servers any more for DS crimson sands. Im only interesset in DS to PC. And played DS shattered lands and The wake of the ravanger. So and Online PC DS game would be perfekt. Does any have a clue how to get the online game ?? |
| #8vermifauxOct 30, 2008 6:34:01 | Dark Sun: Crimson Sands is no longer playable. The servers went down a decade ago. Some people are trying to get it going again. G.L. to them all. http://www.darksunworld.com/ |
