#4 big_goon Aug 25, 2010 12:48:20	I think the list of what fits "nicely" is very subjective (for example, do Brown Dragons fit nicely? What about Blue Dragons? Gnolls? The MM3 and CC have more appropriate stats). The CC makes a point of stating that any creature can be converted to the deserts of Athas with the proper background and/or themes. If you are looking for a terrain-specific random encounter table, you are talking about a lot of work. You should reference the old 2nd edition material and convert where appropriate.

Just go to the DESERT column, and filter the results to everything with an X.  It's not perfect, but it's a start. (This is not my creation, it was linked to a while ago on ENWorld...I forget the original creator, unfortunately...)
