No. DnD isn't a game that you buy, rip open the packaging, install on your computer and take the next 3 days (without sleep) to play... no... this is not Diablo II. Dark Sun is a game you quietly open. Read every word and take notes for the next 100 adventures you'd like to plan. Three weeks later, you finally have a group of dedicated players along to witness to glory of Dark Sun... only to kill them all in the first encounter (TPK? did I prepare too much?) and have half the players join another gaming group the following week.

Still there in fact. Only this time I'm going the lazy way about this session's ladder, using a meteorb sorc. Screw making enigma for my hammerdin. lol. But, as a d2 LOD addict, I had 3 level 90s in the first 7 days after coming back to the game. (Baal bless Bugrushing, hell chaos and baalbots.) After the 5th lvl 90, I took a break.
