Is anyone considering allowing defling to be used with any arcane power (At-Will, Encounter or Daily)? Is there any drawback to allowing this that I am missing (balance wise)? Would it break the game or through things out of whack in any way? |

It would make encounters with NPC defliers a little more intense to be sure, with plant life being destroyed all around them with every attack, and it would make it a more tempting option for PCs. I can see how this would be especially important for a party with more than one arcane class. I mean, in terms of breaking the game, I feel as if thats what defling kind is supposed to do. Maybe there should be an extra feat to allow you to do it with Encounter and At-Wills, "Willfull Defling" something like that. Yeah, I like it. DO IT! |
