Remember that the Id Fiend is messing with your mind - whatever you see that 'looks scary' will be amplified. It may look like nothing in the photo, but when you experience it live, it's like the 'T-Rex in the rainy dark' scene from Jurassic Park. You know, the part beginning with the ripples in the water glass. |

Just because it looks plain does not mean its not dangerous. Some deadly plants look exactly like non-deadly plants. Its a defense mechanism, if it looks harmless you will not be on your guard. Edit: My players thought the id fiend is just like any other giant lizard. Little did they know. |
