My question however is this: The bonus to damage from the Vengeful Elementals stack? As in, if an ally of mine is adjacent to all four, does that ally get +4d6 damage? I know the power bonus to hit doesn't stack, but if the damaga does, then this is a damn good power.

I know the power bonus to hit doesn't stack, but if the damaga does, then this is a damn good power. It's not the elemental that grants +1D6 (being multipliable) but being adjacent to one (a situation that is quite binary). Thus it cannot stack. Allies gain a +1 power bonus to attack rolls and a +1d6 bonus to damage rolls on melee attacks while adjacent to a vengeful elemental. Elemental Priest in its current incarnation is also pretty strong, with plenty movable conjurations blocking squares while immune to damage and most effects and lasting for the entire encounter.
