Is this Githyankis fighting the Thri-Kreen?

That is an illustration of 2 Kaleesh from the Star Wars Universe. Kaleesh is General Grievous' original race before he was transplanted to his cyborg body.

They could certainly work as Githyankis. And instead of them wearing skulls as their face masks, they could possibly be Thri-Kreen carapaces?
