GoT Dark Sun Game

I am thinking of running a Dark Sun game that is similar to Game of Thrones: Useing the character-tree concept (having multiple characters), the game will take place in three places (City of Tyr, Ur Draxa and The Last Sea region).  Each game will take place in a different location than the last.  It will be like three long-running stories that may or may not converge.

Will the part be split? will you be using different groups for each city? is it different player characters? This is a big logistic undertaking, but if you can write it, this could be something that is so extremely fun. I really think Dark Sun would lend itself to such a great merge with GOT's super deadly, lots of bloodshed

Good idea will the party have 3 separate characters?  and all of them at different location? If its ok what is the story about?

Im still curious about how Player Character are working. IS this one group you play with, and rotating which group of Characters they are using this week?
