If anyone knows what is this article about? Thri kreen?

Its literally an article centered around the theme of hunting monsters on Athas (its actually up if you can figure out the URL). It includes some fluff on how monster hunting is treated in the seven city states, as well as some other traditions (halfling, Veiled Alliance, etc.), and concludes with some crunch including new weapon feats for the zadatl (of course, it also includes the zadatl), some new boons in the form of battle scars, and some new magic items.
