#1 Aegeri Aug 18, 2009 2:49:45	I was so overjoyed when I heard the next setting was Dark Sun and I'm even happier to see they will be doing something different to the other campaign settings. I really hope they do some of the following: 1) More survivalist than other settings (EG like 2E, with the Water and such) 2) Change up core mechanics for Dark Sun. If you want an "everything is core" setting, try FR or Eberron. I'm kind of hoping that Dark Sun changes up mechanics and does some truly different things like they say (such as arcane and divine classes either being very rare or even working entirely different mechanically). 3) Publish an adventure that goes from level 1-4 for once! 4) I am curious how the Dark Sun Players Guide will look like. Will it add new classes or just focus on how to Dark Sunify existing core classes? Why does it have to be a year away This is going to be torture.

I also know the setting more or less inside out. You have me intrigued, especially if it was a weeknight (my weekends are filled with my own current games). Minding the situation will have changed next year so who knows what I can fit in =D
