Is Dark Sun coming out?

hey there,

i'm a huge fan of Athas and i promise not a doom and gloomer but...

i was just at my LGS and i was looking at the WOTC 2010 catalogs for this summer and fall and there was no mention of darksun coming out this year BUT there was gamma world coming out at the same time as darksun is supposed to.

was it a misprint? i just checked amazon and it still has the aug17 date for pre orders so i'm not too worried. but i am worried enough to ask if anyone here knows anything?

Feb 26, 2010 17:23:18 Yeah Rex, it sucks. They ruined Dark Sun and it's no longer coming out. Those damn Gods came back and the world got green again. Ugh...so lame. I hate gods.

However to answer your question and to not represent myself as a complete ass on these forums, yes DS4e is still coming out. I have a WotC 2010 Catalog and DS is all over it. Not sure what you saw. But yes, it is coming out in Aug.

AND IT'S BETTER THAN EVER!!! Just ask Shei-Nad. He LOVES the 4e version and can not wait to play. lol
