Making a new Thri-Kreen feel like an old edition one

Feat: Ruthless killer. Immobilizing feels a bit like paralyzing
Paragon into Coiled Serpent for poison damage
MC assassin and pick up the Venom Hand Master feat.

Can you hybrid or multi into Monk for a Jump based movement power?

3e's 2 racial HD + 2 level adjustment ... is pretty much early game levels only.
4e is at Paragon Path above that equivalent, which could be anything.

Poison damage can be had by other classes, or AV1 alchemical stuff, or
the DMG has a (very) short section of poisons ; perhaps a hint of unfinishedness to them.

So, more options.
