Sep 18, 2010 14:05:12 They had a webcast of the dark sun table at a comic/gaming convention where they said there is nothing on the slate at the moment but they have been in talks with that department, making very obvious comments about the Thri-Kreen should be the first ones made. They did say there are many mini's out there that would look at home in a dark sun setting and if push comes to shove and you can find them there was an old 2e box set of dark sun miniatures which if your lucky you might find on ebay.

Cool thank well if enough people ask maybe they would push it more harder. Yea I got bad luck and worse luck so i can pretty much count ebay out I wonder if there is cut outs?

Sep 18, 2010 16:49:18 The next miniataur set Lords of Madness has a Thri-kreen in it I believe, which gives three options for them if you can find the older ones. Unfortunately not alot of bald characters in the mini lines so hard to get a good mul figure.

Sep 18, 2010 17:43:41 I recently put together a warband for our D&D Encounters in Dark Sun. I found that the following figure was a good stand in for the mul character:

Dark skin and appropriate armor.

I'm still looking for the following figure from the Anglefire set to complete my little band of adventures:

Happen to know where I can pick him up, let me know.

Sep 18, 2010 18:24:29 I wish they'd at least do a selected set of repaints as DS minis. There are a lot of sculpts that look fine as DS minis. There are a lot more that will look great after changing some gold and silver paint to help capture the feel of the setting a bit more.

In the meantime, there are a few good reaper sculpts that can be painted and modified as needed.
