This is my Mul fighter with Cahulaks. I still have a little bit of detail work to do but he still gets used in game. He started out as Reaper Mini 14502: Necropolis Ghast. I added the spike guantlet from a D&D Boneshard skeleton. The Cahulaks are made from toothpicks and greenstuff. I first had to drill out a hole in each hand then glue the toothpicks in place then build the cahulak blades from scratch. I don't recommend this, as it was an exercise in tedium and frustration. The rope is made out of multiple strands of thin guage wire twisted together and glued into place. I'm thinking of adding some tattoo's eventually.
Reaper Mini, 02678: Swamp Hag.
This one didn't require anything other than painting it blue, I think it makes a pretty good Belgoi. Though I'm not real sure if their are female Belgoi or not, I would assume so.
This is my female elven warrior. Originally this Reaper/Piazo miniature came with a couple of javelin's optional for the back. I decided to replace that with a papoose. What else are they going to do with the kids, since there is no daycare in the desert.

The first picture is a bit on the dark side.
Both of these are D&D mini's that got new paint jobs. The dwarf on the left is a Duergar and the half giant on the right was originally an Astral Stalker.

On the left is an formerly undead warrior with a custom made carrikal. The kobold in the middle got repainted as a silt runner, and has seen a lot of use. The guy on the right was originally a Mordor Orc from the LoTR miniature game. He is now moonlighting as a human raider with a unique fashion sense.
Finding vicious looking halfling can be....well a challenge, as the typical halfling is usually pretty chubby and laid back. The guy on the left used to be a goblin wolf rider. I simply painted him fleshy and painted to the wolf to look like a hyena. The other two guys are both from the LotR miniature game. The guy on the right has a custom made gimp mask, though it is pretty hard to make out.

I got a mould making kit last x-mas. I finally got around to trying it out. I tried to make somthing fairly simple for my first attempt and went with cacti. My second batch is in the background (along with a few other things), and is still waiting to get poured. It was fairly easy to do. Will most certainly get the high flex latex moulding compound next time, as those larger ones are a little harder to get out than I would like.
You have a lot of skill. This stuff is amazing.

The one on the right looks more like Dray/Dragonborn.
