But, for the life of me, I can't find the city state anymore... does anyone remember which one it was? And, did they not write about that aspect of the city state in the 4e iteration of the setting? |

Does any of the Nibenay nobility walk around topless? Do any of the templar wives walk around fully in the nude? I remember reading something about the various levels of culture being marked by how little they wore, with the poor wearing very heavy clothing, the rich/nobility wearing filmy silken/gauzy clothing, and the templars being nude. But, I can't seem to anything about it anywhere... |

Does any of the Nibenay nobility walk around topless? Do any of the templar wives walk around fully in the nude? Nibenay.. the Templar wives wore less as their station increased. The High Templars were usually completely nude, and the initiates were nearly fully clothed. In the new novel, City under the Sand, they mention that rich nobles also wear less the more wealthy they are, but not sure how canon that is. |
