Does anyone know all the names of the WotC created Dark Sun quests made so far? I know we have the Lost Cictern of Averek (a World RPG Day adventure), The Encounters one (Wanderer in the Wastes, or something like that), the arena one that takes place in Altaruk, and the one released for purchase (Maurauders of the Dune Sea). Are there any others?

How does one get ahold of RPG Day/Encounters adventures?

I think you have listed all the 4e adventures. I haven't heard of any others.

These are the ones I'm aware of that have been released by WotC (in chronological order):

  • Bloodsand Arena (Free RPG Day 2010): Released as a printed book for free RPG day, now available for download at www.wizards.com/dnd/Article.aspx?x=dnd/4... (ignore the article which states it is the characters only - the adventure is also inside the zip file).

  • Fury of the Wastewalker (D&D Encounters season 2): Actually three linked adventures released as printed books, only available to DMs who ran them at game stores as part of the D&D Encounters program.

  • Glory & Blood, Dark Sun Arenas (Convention adventure): Run at the major conventions (at least GenCon & PAX), and only available to DMs who ran at those conventions, this was a series of linked arena fights (each one being a single ~2hr long encounter). PDF only - never printed as an actual book - and used the arena map from Bloodsand Arena.

  • Marauders of the Dune Sea: commercially released.

  • The Vault of Darom Madar (Dungeon #181): PDF only dungeon magazine adventure. Available to DDI subscribers at: wizards.com/DnD/Article.aspx?x=dnd/duad/...

  • Lost Cistern of Aravek (D&D Game Day, August 2010): Released as a printed book for the August D&D game day 2010, only available to DMs who ran at game stores as part of the game day.

Hope that helps.

There's a short adventure at the end of the DSCS, a pre-adventure for the Vault of Darom Madar.

Darn shame that three of those were DM-run exclusives, I would like to be able to run those three (at least Wastewalker) for my group

Yeah, I agree. Apparently there is one more as well:

  • Death in the Arena (Convention Adventure): A preview of Dark Sun, run (only?) at D&D Experience 2010, and only available to DMs who ran at those conventions. PDF only - never printed as an actual book.
