Alright so recently we decided to start a 4e Dark Sun campaign but the story is based around 2 members of our group one being a defiler and the other a preserver. I have looked everywhere for a base Defiler and Preserver class and have only found the arch defiler prestige class. I was wondering if anyone had or knows about a base class for defiler or preserver.

There are no "base classes" for either. Do you even have the DSCS/DSCC? Defilers get the "Arcane Defiling" feature which works on Dailies, they also get the Master Defiler PP and the Dragon King ED. Preservers get Master Preserver PP and the Avangion ED. The other route for a "primal" Preserver would be the Voice for the Ravaged PP and Pyreen ED.
