Noble Adept theme, the new online CB and at will powers question.

Nov 24, 2010 2:39:31		So I am wondering it just a bug with the BC, or you can't really do this via the rules, but why can't I take the at will powers from the noble adept theme with my warlord in place of an encounter power.

Doesn't seem like this should be a balance problem, you only get enough power points from take the power, to use the at will you picked up once.  Or am I missing something here.

Nov 24, 2010 3:45:10 		Better to post it in the Online CB Bug Forum. But probably related to other power-swaps (Adept Power et al.) not working either. I still wonder why they tagged it with a positive (though slightly) version number.
