I got bored and have saved a race template on MS word. Basicallly I can design a 4th ed race in 5 minutes or so:D Anyway heres the beta Pyreen race for PCs. Note that in 4th ed a normal Pyreen can be a level 16+ encounter. Pyreen Average Height 5’-6’ Average Weight 120-200lb Ability Scores: +2 Intelligence, +2 Wisdom Size: Medium Speed: 6 squares Vision: Low Light Languages: Common, One more of Pyreens choice Skill Bonus: +2 Diplomacy, +2 Nature Rebirth Heritage: Choose a race. You can take feats race as a prerequisite (as well as those specifically for Pyreen), as long as you meet any other requirements. Change Shape: You can use change shape as an at-will power. Change Shape Pyreen Racial Power You alter your form to look like some other humanoid. At-Will* Polymorph Minor Action Personal Effect: You can alter your physical form to take on the appearance of any Medium humanoid, including a unique individual (see Change Shape, Monster Manual page 280 ).
