I will def. get it when the virtual table top starts but god knows when that will be. Alos has anybody read city under the sand? |

I'm currently reading the Troy Denning books, but I like City Under the Sand alot better. It talked more about the dangers of the desert than Denning, who talked more about ancient temples and civilizations. |

The first is really wicked - creatures that burrow then fly out of the sea of silt, grab you, and take you off the deck of the ship and into the sand. Yeah. The second has a good spoiler angle I won't repeat, but it also does some excellent burrowing and pushing of PCs. Both will be significant threats in a silt environment. (It also had a Kara-Tur adventure I wrote, so I'm biased... but I did think the Kara-Tur content others created was excellent. Basically a mini-expansion). We should expect a monthly Dark Sun article every month and I bet there will be more than that at some point in the future... |
