SK real XP-Level: 2e

Alright, for 2e there is a book called, Dragon-Kings which details the level-advancement to a 30th-level dragon/avangion etc.

 

Now, give the level-advancement XP based on the book, just how many XP would a SK-Dragon get while rulling a city-state for 2,000 years?

 

I have to dust off my old-D&D books and review the XP for wizards and or dragons.
