| #1harshDec 18, 2008 4:33:10 | I'm looking for any and all of the SK's stat blocks for 3.5 converted from 2nd or just worked up for 3.5. It would be cool to have all the Champions and Rajaat as well, but I would be grateful for any help. I have searched and searched here through threads and archives alike and had no luck. I seem to remember them being 'here' before the forums were...er...rearranged. Thanks! |
| #2phoenix_mDec 18, 2008 8:13:38 | There are two threads I know of that covers this: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=243888 and http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=90541 Plus there is a full write-up on Dregoth in Athas.org's “Dregoth Ascending” adventure trilogy (part 3 IIRC) |
| #3harshDec 18, 2008 9:36:35 | Much appreciated. That was exactly what I was looking for. ![]() |

| #5brun01Dec 19, 2008 5:34:38 | There are some already on Legends of Athas. There will be stats for all in the final release. |
| #6phoenix_mDec 19, 2008 9:05:19 | There are some already on Legends of Athas. There will be stats for all in the final release. All, as in all those that survived or all as in all 15 Champions? Also any idea on the ETA of the final release? |
| #7brun01Dec 19, 2008 10:04:18 | All the living ones during FY0. Unfortunately, there's no estimate, we're focusing on releasing r7 and after that, we have no idea what's next. |
| #8KamelionDec 19, 2008 11:09:22 | ...and after that, we have no idea what's next. Cactal Hordes of the Spine Lands ftw!! :D :D :D |
| #9phoenix_mDec 19, 2008 14:08:47 | @Brun, FY “zero” perfect!Cactal Hordes of the Spine Lands ftw!! it never end with you Kam ;) |
| #10harshDec 19, 2008 14:20:26 | Bruno, I went ahead and roughed out stats for all the Champions, Rajaat, and The Wanderer last night. Just short Class blurbs to get a feel for CR/ECL, but if you would like to use them or look over them for consideration I would be happy to post my take. Let me know. Thanks! Harsh |
| #11phoenix_mDec 19, 2008 18:15:55 | Harsh, If you wouldn't mind I'd like to take a look at the rough of the Wanderer. I've been thinking about building a PrC based on his inspiration of the masses (or maybe a few wastelander that already wander around the desert ) |
| #12brun01Dec 20, 2008 6:16:56 | Bruno, Oh, do send them to me! bvegan at gmail, please |
| #13harshDec 20, 2008 18:14:54 | Well, it's not fancy, but I believe it gets the job done (unless I missed/overlooked something, which is possible). The Wanderer, Avangion – The Ancient One, The Great One (Psion (Seer) 20/ Wizard (Preserver) 20/ Cerebremancer 10/ Arch Mage 5/ Loremaster 10/ Veiled One 10/ Avangion 8) (ECL 83) |
| #14phoenix_mDec 20, 2008 19:55:36 | I thought the Wanderer started as an escaped Tyrian slave and Earth Cleric - or is this someone other than the author of the Journal/Chronicle of the Wanderer? Edit: Here's who I was thinking. From page 6 or the Wanderer's Chronicle: Who Is the Wanderer? With a picture of this same person on page 5 |
| #15harshDec 21, 2008 0:54:44 | Hmm...I had completely forgotten about that description. I was going from memory and basing him on the Avangion figure from the Tribe of One trilogy. I haven't read a lot of the 2nd edition or novel material for quite a while. Instead I have been brushing up here and at Athas.org to get my head back into the Darksun setting. If I were going to go with the description above alone I would go this route: The Wanderer: Commoner (Slave) 3/ Cleric (Earth) 10/ Elementalist 5/ Elemental Master 5/ Fighter 6/ Psion (Seer) 11/ Elemental Lord 1 (ECL 41) (the arm would be a mutation from an encounter at or near the Pristine Tower) Now, with this change in mind, can anyone tell me if these two figures are truly supposed to be the same figure? Or am I making things up? Thanks! |
| #16harshJan 04, 2009 21:53:16 | So, anyone interested in completely statting out the Champions/Sorcerer Kings or Rajaat himself? I would be interested to see what others do with such powerful beings in the way of magic/psionic items, constant (permanent) effects, and any other complication that would serve to boost their power even further than just their level, classes, and Ability scores. I did some of this with 2nd ed. back in the day, but not with 3.5 yet. (Although I am thinking I will sometime soon.) Dregoth's write-up in DA was nice. I will probably use that as a jumping off point for inspiration. |
| #17ZardnaarJan 05, 2009 2:59:00 | I have an incomplete Rajaat stat block. His level were Pyreen/Cerebremancer 10, Wizard 12, Archmage 5 Level 44 Wizard, 23 Psion in ability.. As a mutant Pyreen I gave him Wizard levels instead of Druid levels. Wizard: Unlike most Pyreen Rajaat is treated as level 16 Wizard instead of Druid and gains all class abilities including bonus feats. Any Wizard levels Rajaat takes normally stack with these levels. Rajaat casts spells as a level 43 wizard with a caster level of 44 due to his spell power high arcana. I haven't done his spells/powers but the rest of his stat block seems complete. Note I used my own rules for Dragons IMC and I didn't use Athas.orgs versions. |
