| #1KurmudgeonNov 12, 2011 22:54:50 | I imagine the tablelands of Athas to look much like the terrain around Moab Utah and in other places in Utah. So earlier this year I set out to make some terrain pieces that mimicked these types of rock formations. The basic bits are simply pink foam cut up into pieces that can be stacked on top of each other to simulate different strata of rock. My largest piece is probably 8x10 inches, maybe slightly larger. Show Piece of pink foam insulation awaiting it's fate.
