If my memory serves originally their was 12 Champions who became the Sorcerer Kings but at this time only six are left with the fates of three detailed, Kalak, Sielba and Dregoth. That leaves three more. I was wondering if any one knew of the others. Names, kingdoms and what happened to them.

Thanks

There were originally 15, not 12. Here goes, in order they became champions of Rajaat.

Sacha of Arala (Scourge of the Kobolds) - Rajaat loyalist and beheaded by Borys
Kalak of Tyr (Ogre Doom) - killed by Rikus and gang
Dregoth of Giustenal (Ravager of Giants) - killed by other SKs led by Abalach-Re
Myron of Yorum (Troll Scorcher) - replaced by Hamanu
Manu of Deche (aka Hamanu, Troll Scorcher) - SK of Urik
Uyness of Waverly* (aka Abalach-Re, Orc Plague) - SK of Raam
Gallard (aka Nibenay, Bane of Gnomes) - SK of Nibenay
Sielba (Destroyer of Pterrans) - SK of Yaramuke, both destroyed by Hamanu
Albeorn of Brunswich* (aka Andropinis, Slayer of Elves) - SK of Balic
Tectuktitlay (Wemic Annihilator) - SK of Draj
Keltis (aka Oronis, Lizard Man Executioner) - formerly SK, now Avangion of Kurn/New Kurn
Inenek (aka Lalali-Puy, Aarakocra Scourge) - SK of Gulg
Wyan of Bodach (Pixie Blight) - same fate as Sacha
Borys of Ebe (aka Butcher of Dwarves, Dragon of Tyr) - SK of Ur Draxa
Daskinor (Goblin Death) - SK of Eldaarich
Kalid-Ma (Tari Killer) - SK of Kalidnay, both dead and shunted into Ravenloft

There were mentions of other champions in various DS novels, but aren't considered canon.

*Waverly Place? Brunswich, NJ?! oh lawd! lol

Albeorn of Dunswich not Brunswich, lol.

Also, if you are going to use Myron of Yoram, the Right Hand of Rajaat,  I would think you would have to default and use Pennarin as well since they are from the same set of novels.  Athas.org detailed Egendo of Carsys who was the first Butcher of Dwarves and replaced by Borys.  Irikos the Destroyer was detailed in the The Book of Artifacts as being assigned the eradication of Orcs (clashing with Uyness' history).  Most poeple don't use Irikos since he was detailed in a mundane 2E supplement and not a "Dark Sun" 2E supplement.

Going back to the novels with Myron and Pennarin, it was also stated in the same set of books that Kalak was not a true Champion and stole the title (possibly from Irikos although that is fan conjecture but it could clear up the clashing backstories of Uyness and Irikos).  Some posit that Kalak only kept the heads of Sacha and Wyan to grant spells to his Templars since he couldn't and they seemed to be subservient to him.   Use what you like and throw out the rest.  Personally I think the more bad guys the better!

Actually it is Brunswich.
The set of novels you are referring to about Pennarin, Kalak not being a champion, were the Chronicles of Athas. Those were not canon. The only set of canon novels were the Prism Pentad.
Troy Denning, co-creator of Dark Sun, has stated that the Book of Artifacts was incorrect with the whole Irikos history.

I'm fairly certain it is Dunswich although I am not motivated to actually look through my collection to prove it.  If I am wrong so be it.

Regarding Pennarin, if you don't use him that's fine but Myron of Yoram is from the same set of novels.  So that is a wash.

As far as Troy Denning and The Book of Artifacts, I believe your assertion but I like Irikos and think the story is much more dynamic with Kalak being a false Champion.   I guess that just backs up my feeling that Denning didn't come up with it.

Pennarin

Lynn Abbey mispelled a few names. Ni biggy there.

I seem to recall Dunswich as well.

Pennarin was an extra Champion for a race she described but never named. Take it or leave it.

I forget his name but the Champion from The Book of Artifacts (a non-Dark Sun product) is also never mentionned again besides one place in Artifacts of Athas. And they get his race wrong, what with giving him a race someone else already had to cleanse.

Plenty of mistakes, all ripe for reworking in the reboot of the setting.

I am pretty sure it is Dunswich.

The one mentioned in the Book of Artifacts is Irikos. I don't think it mentioned him as a champion though, at least not specifically so.

What sources?  I'd like to verify, just for myself, if you can remember which game books mentioned Myron.  Thanks.

Dark Sun Revised and  Expanded Campaign Setting. There is a list of Rajaat's Champions and number four is Myron, for example.
