These are all near or in the hinterlands, but I've seen no mention of them in the campaign setting book. Nor places east of the sea of silt like the baxel shoals or the valley of the cerulean storm or the sundered regions, the dark cupala, etc...... Are thes areas detailed anywhere? |

I know that the Sundered Regions and the Dark Cupala are fan made. I've never really heard of the Baxel Shoals. |

I seem to recall that they were only mentioned in the Cerulean Storm novel and appeared on the map in that book. The stuff about the conflict between the spider-people (s’thag zagath) and the undead in the Obsidian Wastes probably comes originally from the Terrors of the Dead Lands and Secrets of the Dead Lands supplements. The former was released by athas.org and the latter never came out in its entirety, although iirc that a version leaked to the net several years back. Bits and pieces have made their way into fanon ever since. |

Wow, he should work for WotC (If he doesn't already) OK, here's a question or challenge to the map makers out there, is there a map of Anthas before the catastrophe that turned it into a desert? I guess during the green age or earlier? If not, has anyone thought of making one? |
