I was looking at the Fell Scorn part of the Sorcerer-King Warlock pact, and I don't see where it explains what Fell Might is.  is that in a different rulebook? or is the book missing something?

From what I've worked out it works similar to power points the psyonics use, start with one fell might 'point' which when used alters the effects of the pacts powers, when a cursed opponent dies you get another point you can use to augment another attack.

It's your ammo for Fell Scorn, basically.  Basically, Fell Scorn is an encounter power that doesn't count against any sort of limits for encounter powers and replenishes every time you drop a creature affected by your warlock's curse to 0 HP.

Oh, ok I get it now.  I wasn't reading the powers since I'm not used to the warlock having "psionics-type abilities."  thanks for pointing that out. I'm not sure how good it is yet, but I think I kind of like this new warlock pact.

When I say that Fell scorn is a power, I should have said "like a power."  It could've been written up as an encounter power, free action, with a note that it doesn't use the rest of your normal encounter powers to use and replenishes when you drop something.  (But, since it doesn't use the rest of your normal encounter powers, best not to do a write up like that).

It's not like the other pact boons that are "X effect when an enemy under your curse dies."

Fell Scorn augments specific warlock powers, "X effect in addition to a power." The other Pacts can get their benefit with any power but they're much smaller effects.  The SK Pact encourages you target one enemy at a time, to bring them down as quickly as possible to get another use of your Fell Scorn.

Keep in mind that you don't ever have more than 1 "point" of fell might.  You either have it available or you don't.  In order to take the most advantage of it, you want to be using it as often as possible, and moving around to curse as many targets as possible.

If you read the Templars of the Sorcerer-King article there are feats that you can take which will allow for the use of your fell scorn/might with other specific warlock powers which do not carry the rider.
