This one is especially good, because it mentions the SK Andropinis. It would be great myth to give players before an adventure is started... or just in the middle. It's the kind of story that players would go insane attempting to puzzle out!

A few comments:
This part of the story is a bit confusing:
"And so Rajaat ordered the sprites slain..."
Who slayed the Sprites? Andropinis? But he's the slayer of Elves, not Sprites. Or did he do both in? How did he do this? I'm assuming Sprites are similar on Athas to other worlds, but are they included in Wyan's slaying of Pixies? Did Wyan help the slaying?
If you'd like to leave it a mystery, that's fine. But it almost feels like there's a chunk of the story missing here. Rajaat ordered the sprites slain, and then... without anything in between, the Elves have "...no paths left to follow...". The transistion from past to present might be a little clearer here.
Simple typo:
"...necomancers are so common among elven wizards, as the are the only possible expression..." - should be "they", I believe.
One of the things that we modern people do is look for "the truth." Ancients didn't do this, and the stories of mythology served many functions for them. It would be good to collect these stories to enrich the backgrounds of NPCs, SKs, regions and races.
Oh, and just because there haven't been actual gods doesn't mean that people claiming to be, or people revered as gods haven't walked the planet before the SKs.
What about posting them to the Dark Sun group here at the community... or links to them?

Sprites should have been Pixies. I always mix them up. And I'll look over the transition passage.

I know there are a couple on Athas.org, in www.athas.org/articles. I'm not sure that's a great place to post short stories/athasian myths unless they're in a publishable state.

Links or a community page is fine here ; I could also build something out on athas.org that'd be a better fit than stuffing them all into an article ... I did let people start making accounts for a reason ;) ... I've just been disgustingly busy lately.
